Amendment Four
Amendment Four was posted to NAIS.
The amendment:
- replaced the Wage Determination 2005-2008 Revision 9 with
Revision 12 and Wage Determination 2005-2234 Revision 9 with Revision
11;
- Changed Paragraph 1 of PWS Section 4.1.5;
- Added Emergency
Preparedness and Response paragraph to PWS 1.2 b;
- Deleted pages J-1
through 21; J-3 1 through J-3-22;
- Added pages J-1-7(a); J-1-21 and
J-3-1 through J-3-22.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
